The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is an open-application awards program that draws on community input to support developers and startups building on Stellar.

Every round, we see teams push boundaries, solve real problems, and bring meaningful utility to users around the globe. SCF #37 was no different. From DeFi protocols to privacy layers, dynamic NFTs to real-world asset platforms, this round highlighted the breadth and creativity of the Stellar builder ecosystem. We received 76 submissions, 43 of which were submitted for their first ever SCF Build awards.
We awarded $1,861,405 worth of XLM to 19 projects in total for SCF #37.

Build Award
Projects can request a Build Award up to $150,000 worth of XLM*. The SCF Build Award is for projects which have significant (user) traction OR teams that are experienced in the Stellar ecosystem and have identified a validated need, both with a well thought out plan and architecture to be ready to build upon receiving the SCF Build Award. Arka.fund — $144,000 worth of XLM*
Arka.fund is a non‑custodial Soroban protocol that enables portfolio managers to launch automated, multi‑asset funds (Arkas), while allowing retail users to invest using a single token.
Ben Wallet (a KALE wallet) — $77,910 worth of XLM*
Ben Wallet is a platform built to support the 🥬 KALE ecosystem on Stellar, providing tools for users to interact with and manage KALE-based assets.
Dobprotocol — $143,330 worth of XLM*
Dobprotocol unlocks secure, decentralized funding by providing real revenue from physical infrastructure and enabling trustless investor participation.
DomiPago — $110,000 worth of XLM*
DomiPago lets users send money to the Dominican Republic through a WhatsApp-based chat interface powered by Stellar USDC, with zero crypto experience needed.
Indentura — $120,000 worth of XLM*
Indentura is rebuilding credit markets on top of stablecoin rails to create more accessible and efficient lending systems.
Liqvid.xyz — $137,500 worth of XLM*
Liqvid.xyz is bringing institutional-grade, yield-generating tokenized real-world assets to Stellar with a commitment to long-term deployment.
LumenShade: privacy pools — $135,000 worth of XLM*
LumenShade lays the foundation for a privacy-preserving option for more compliant DeFi on Stellar, using zero-knowledge proofs to enable discreet financial transactions.
Moonlight Protocol — $134,990 worth of XLM*
Moonlight Protocol delivers private payments to Stellar using a UTXO model and provider-mediated channels for compliance and control.
ROSEN — $75,000 worth of XLM*
ROSEN enables digital natives in emerging markets to earn and transfer value using Stellar-native stablecoins and gasless microtransactions.
Rivool Finance: RWA in Emerging Markets — $150,000 worth of XLM*
Rivool Finance offers access to yield from credit opportunities in emerging markets through tokenized real-world assets.
Smilepay Global — $50,000 worth of XLM*
Smilepay Global is an app and API for off-ramping stablecoins directly into bank and mobile money accounts across Africa from the U.S. and Europe.
SorobanHooks — $30,000 worth of XLM*
SorobanHooks is a no-code automation platform for real-time alerts and AI-powered insights on Stellar assets, contracts, and wallets.
Stellar AI Agent Kit — $108,000 worth of XLM*
Stellar AI Agent Kit enables AI-powered interaction with Soroban contracts and introduces tools like policy signers to support smart wallet adoption.
Stellar Integration in Adamik API — $74,800 worth of XLM*
Stellar Integration in Adamik API simplifies Stellar development with a unified, developer-friendly interface for read/write operations.
Stellar Transaction Visualizer — $50,000 worth of XLM*

Tipper is a social payments platform for Latin American content creators to monetize their audience and receive USDC on Stellar.

TuCambio Wallets help remittance users preserve value by converting USDC to local currency instantly and securely on Stellar.
docking.zone — $75,000 worth of XLM*
docking.zone is a dynamic NFT platform that lets creators mint, upgrade, and trade NFTs that evolve with user activity.
reBlue: Securing Austere Supply Chains — $100,000 worth of XLM*
reBlue secures frontier market supply chains by combining Stellar with off-chain analysis to improve transparency and access.
